More Apartment Rents

Curiosity got the better of me. Attached is from the appraisals done as part of the CC II due diligence last year, which shows rents for several apartment complexes, including Stonehouse Village, The Lodges, and Campus Village.

Here are a few others, including some of notoriety.

DTN's Cedar Village lists 1 bedroom apartments for $480-$584 per month and 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments for $610-$730 per person per month. There are also what are listed as 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 4 persons, for $407-$457 per bedroom per month.

DTN's The Oaks (on Michigan, next to Campus Village and Sawyer's Pontiac) lists 2 bedroom, 1 bath at $457-$622 per person per month. There are also 1 bedroom, 1 bath units, but apparently only for double occupancy, for $452-$492 per person.

St. Anne Lofts, managed by DTN, lists: 1 bath studio loft, 381 sq. ft., licensed for two, for $924-$1025 per apartment. A 1 bedroom, 590 sq. ft. loft, licensed for 2, goes for $1395-$1495 per apartment. A 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 740-893 sq. ft. loft, licensed for 2, goes for $1695-2095 per apartment. The 4 bedroom, 4 bath, licensed for 4, penthouse (remember the penthouse, all 3800 sq. ft. of it), is asking $4750 or $1188 per person

The Village at Chandler Crossings: 654 sq. ft. 1 bedroom, $915 rent plus $174 fee. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 854 sq. ft., $571 per person rent plus $174 fee. 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 1293 sq. ft., $467 per person plus $174 fee. A slightly smaller 4 bedroom, 2 bath, is $426 per month per person plus $174 fee,

Of course, most of the campus communities have large screen TV, some have pools, tanning beds, gyms, etc. (Chandler Crossings even has a hockey rink). I'll refrain from mentioning the dark sides.

CRM's 4 bedroom, 2 bath townhouses on Abbot go for $2200 per month, or $550 per person.

One of CRM's new 4-bedroom apartments on Louis St. in the Delta Triangle is going for $588 per month.

I believe all of these have parking, except St. Anne Lofts which has leased parking in the Grove St. garage (at a very special introductory low rate, thanks to Beard, Triplett, and Goddeeris).
